2008 OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

TO ENTER: To enter the “ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN YOUR CHOICE OF ANY AUTHENTIC ON-FIELD FULL SIZE NFL HELMET FROM RIDDELL.COM online, select the Specials link at Riddell.com beginning Monday August 25, 2008 at 12:01 A.M. CST and ending September 30, 2008 at 11:59 P.M. CST. Fill out the entry form in its entirety and click on the “Submit” icon to submit the form. To enter by mail, hand-write your name, mailing address, and daytime phone number on a piece of paper at least 3” x 5” and mail it to “Enter for a chance to win an Authentic On-Field Full Size NFL Helmet from Riddell.com” c/o Riddell Inc., 9801 West Higgins Road, Rosemont, Illinois 60018. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 30, 2008 and received by October 7, 2008. Limit one entry per person. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates any of the rules of entry. Sponsor is not responsible for malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software, or late, lost, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, mutilated or postage due entries. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes in the event that the online portion of it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to U.S. residents 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, except residents of Puerto Rico. Employees and their immediate family members and/or persons living in the same household of Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and suppliers (the “Sponsor and its agents”) or the organizations (as defined below) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
PRIZE DRAWING: All Sweepstakes entries meeting the requirements of these Official Rules will be entered into the prize drawing, to be held on or about October 8, 2008 by an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
PRIZE AND ODDS OF WINNING: Choice of any Authentic On-Field NFL Helmet from Riddell.com. Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes that apply to the prize. No cash or other substitution of the prize is permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, for a prize of equal or greater value. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. No prize transfers. The prize will be awarded.
WINNER NOTIFICATION. Winner will be notified by e-mail and phone on or about October 8, 2008. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and Publicity Release, where legally permissible, which must be returned by October 14, 2008. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted the entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account specified on the entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. No automatically generated entries will be accepted.
PRIVACY POLICY: Any personal information supplied by you to Sponsor will be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy posted at Riddell.com. By entering the Sweepstakes, you are automatically registered as a member of the Sponsor’s web site. As a result, you may receive additional email communication or promotions from Sponsor as any of its members would. Sponsor will not sell, rent, transfer or otherwise disclose your personal data to any other third party. If you do not wish to receive future emails from Sponsor, please contact Sponsor at Riddell.com or by regular mail “ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN YOUR CHOICE OF ANY AUTHENTIC ON-FIELD FULL SIZE NFL HELMET FROM RIDDELL.COM” c/o Riddell Inc., 9801 West Higgins Road, Rosemont, Illinois 60018.
GENERAL: By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. By participating, you agree to release the Sponsor and its agents and their respective parents affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers and employees, suppliers, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, the organizations and the independent judging organization from any and all liability with respect to the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation (1) any condition caused by events beyond Sponsor’s control that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (2) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize or from participation in the Sweepstakes; and (3) any printing or typographical error in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor’s decisions in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes are final. The Sponsor reserves the right, at it’s sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, for any reason, particularly in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Sweepstakes is compromised, without liability to the entrant. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the winner, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. All federal, state and local regulations apply. Except where prohibited, by accepting any prize, Winner consents to the use of his or her name, photo and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. All entries become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of the prize.

WINNER’S LIST: For the name of the prize winner, send a self-address stamped envelope by October 14, 2005 to: Winner’s List c/o Riddell Inc., 9801 West Higgins Road, Rosemont, Illinois 60018. For a copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by October 8, 2008 to: “ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN YOUR CHOICE OF ANY AUTHENTIC ON-FIELD FULL SIZE NFL HELMET FROM RIDDELL.COM” c/o Riddell Inc., 9801 West Higgins Road, Rosemont, Illinois 60018. Residents of VT may omit return postage.

The NFL, College or University, Major League Baseball, PGA Tour, Senior Tour, Talladega, Watkins Glen, Daytona and Darlington, does not offer or sponsor this sweepstakes in any way.
