3 Easy Steps to a Return
Only orders placed through Riddell.com/fanshop are eligible for return through Riddell.com/fanshop. Riddell.com/fanshop will accept returns for products purchased within 30 days of original receipt.
If you purchased a Riddell.com/fanshop product through one of our retail partners, please exchange that item directly through that store. Exchange policies may differ from store to store.
Upon successful completion of this form you will receive a confirmation email with your RA# and instructions as to how to access and print a return label and ship your product back to Riddell.com/fanshop.

Returns
Note- For all your returns, we will refund your credit card within 3-5 business days from the time we receive the product at our warehouse. Refunds will be for the amount you paid for the product(s) you purchased minus a restocking fee.
All products must be returned to our warehouse New, Unused and in the original packaging that you received it in. No exceptions.
