Great product horrible terms
Well I'm ordering the product I misunderstood what my child need it. So I accidentally ordered the wrong side and sit out for the product. 30 minutes after sending out for the product I realize I made a mistake, but Ridell said they couldn't do anything for me. Customer service was no help kept sending me to a manager voicemail which I got no reply. Answer send the product back you had to use your own money 4 return postage. Every other company I ever ordered something from will let you exchange it for something or the right product. Last time order from this site.
